Mesquite Manor

Historic 3BD/2BA Tucson Bungalow

Welcome to Mesquite Manor, our 1936 historic Sam Hughes bungalow less than a 5 minute walk to the University of Arizona. Featuring free off-street parking, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, 2 living rooms, access to free laundry, and a front and backyard space to enjoy complete with firepit, built-in grill, and outdoor seating. This home has been lovingly preserved and the many historic details will charm you at this one-of-a-kind getaway.
