We’re a boutique hospitality management company offering full-service support for vacation rentals across the greater Tucson area. From marketing and guest care to cleanings and repairs, we handle it all—so you don’t have to.
As early adopters of Airbnb, Bree and Bear have been managing short-term rentals for over a decade. We love helping others create lasting vacation memories—and we treat every property like it’s our own.
With a background in global marketing and design, Bree brings a refined eye, brand strategy, and strong communication skills to each listing.
Bear has 20+ years of experience restoring historic properties and leading teams. His deep Tucson roots mean we work with the most trusted vendors in the local trade community.
Together, we have 25+ years of combined experience in hospitality and over 50 years living in Tucson. That local insight helps us deliver standout service and personalized recommendations to every guest.
